Approval of Dayyer Port Pier as an Authorized Customs Pier for the Import and Export of Goods and Passengers
In this afternoon’s session on Sunday, March 3, 2025, the Cabinet, with the presence of the President, reviewed and approved the proposal to “designate Dayyer Port Pier in Bushehr Province as an authorized customs pier for the import and export of goods and passengers.”
This promising decision represents an important step toward the economic development of Dayyer Port and the enhancement of its commercial and passenger capacities. Once implemented, Dayyer Port will play a more prominent role in international trade, particularly in exports to Qatar, and will create opportunities for economic growth and prosperity in Bushehr Province.
